Refund policy
Wild Soul has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact info@wildsoulseaglass.com. If your return is accepted, you will be sent instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that Wild Soul is not liable for any return shipping costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. I will always try to evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable & non-exchangeable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and earrings which have been worn (for hygiene reasons). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, Wild Soul cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange the item you have, please email info@wildsoulseaglass.com
Refunds
You will be notified once I have received and inspected your return, and I will let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, so please allow several days for this to be credited back to your account. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.
